These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of shanty-realestate.com(the “Site”), operated by Shanty Soerjono (“Shanty Probate Realty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a California-licensed real estate professional (CA DRE #02187790) affiliated with Century 21 Masters. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About this site

No agency relationship by using the site

Browsing the Site, submitting a form, or messaging our assistant does not by itself create an agency, brokerage, or client relationship.
